Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: 29 June 2026 Last updated: 29 June 2026

Senderly is built for private, lawful file transfer. This policy describes what you may not do with the Service. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Contents
  1. 1. Prohibited content
  2. 2. Prohibited conduct
  3. 3. Enforcement
  4. 4. Reporting abuse

1.Prohibited content

You must not use Senderly to store, send, or share:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to the relevant authorities without exception
  • Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights
  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the privacy or rights of others
  • Material that incites violence, terrorism, or serious harm
Because files are end-to-end encrypted, we cannot see their contents — but we act decisively on valid reports and lawful requests. Reported transfers are disabled and serious cases are referred to authorities.

2.Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, accounts, or infrastructure
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its performance for other users
  • Circumvent usage limits, abuse the free tier, or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
  • Scrape or systematically extract data from the Service
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation

3.Enforcement

If we believe content or conduct violates this policy, we may disable the affected transfer, suspend or terminate the account, and where required, report it to the appropriate authorities. For non-serious, non-material breaches we will, where practical, give notice and a chance to fix the issue first.

4.Reporting abuse

If you come across a transfer that breaks these rules, please report it. Every report is reviewed by a person. You can also email legal@senderly.me.

Part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.
